Alley Art Show Returns This July

The Alley Art Show & Sale returns this summer to Maiden Lane, and this year the event will feature a Fashion Show put on by Hello Beautiful Custom Fashion & Bridal Boutique.

“It’s a brand new addition to the event” says Fashion in the Alley Co-organizer Dee-Dee Shkreli. “There is so much happening in local fashion and design right now and Alley Art is a unique venue for showcasing what downtown designers have to offer. And, a fashion show in this location coupled with live entertainment and art is really different and fun.”

The Fashion show is now part of the two-day long Alley Art Show & Sale event which kicks off on July 18th at 12pm and runs until 9pm that evening with the Fashion show starting at 8pm. Alley Art continues on July 19th from 12pm to 6pm.

Fashion Show Co-organizer Harmony Peach says “The Alley Art Show & Sale has been bringing people downtown for the last three years to enjoy the work of various local talent so it seemed like a natural fit for Hello Beautiful to participate in organizing a fashion show component for local designers.” She adds “people can expect a well rounded show featuring everything from fun and flirty clothing to classically beautiful looks to unique and one-of-a-kind designs. We’ll also be using models, hair dressers and makeup artists from the area so people will really get a sense of what Windsor can do from head to toe.”

The Alley Art Show & Sale will also include work and performances by over 30 local artists, musicians and talented performers over the two day event. People can expect to enjoy BBQ’d treats and some chilly beverages. The Downtown Yoga Studio will even be offering an outdoor session.
