Snowmobile Crash Sends Man To Hospital With Life Threatening Injuries

Police in Chatham continue to investigate a snowmobile collision that occurred yesterday afternoon.

They say that just after 2:30pm, emergency crews were called to a single snowmobile collision in a farmer’s field on Sloan Road between Finn Line and Morris Line.

The man was travelling eastbound when his snowmobile went airborne.

The 42-year-old Tilbury man sustained life threatening injuries upon landing and was airlifted to the London Health Sciences Centre for medical attention.

The incident remains under investigation.
