Power has been restored to South Windsor after an outage during the morning commute.
Enwin Utilities says the power failure was caused when a piece of construction equipment came in contact with overhead lines just before 8am.
The outage happened in an area bounded by Dougall, Norfolk, Matchette and Totten.
By 8:24am, Enwin had power restored.
Some traffic signals may still be flashing red.
