Flurries were falling but that didn’t stop Windsorites from thinking spring, renovations, boating and landscaping at the 2015 Windsor Home & Garden Show in East Windsor.
The 33rd annual event was packed with shoppers, Friday night. The event included a change of venue to the old Rona at Tecumseh and Lauzon and organizers are happy with the space.
“It’s a beautiful facility, it’s got great parking, and it’s a big show,” says show president Stuart Galloway. “People can find pretty much anything they want for their home, whether its inside or outside.”
“The beautiful part about shows is folks can shop, compare and buy, all in one location, all in one afternoon,” he said.
Galloway says the show keeps getting bigger and bigger every year, attendance goes up, and the quality of exhibitors just keeps improving. This year’s event has 260 exhibitors.
The show runs from 9:30am until 6pm on Saturday and from 10am to 5pm on Sunday. Admission is $10, under-16 are free and the lot has free parking.
