A new multi unit housing development is planned for the town of Tecumseh.
The property located at 1310 Lesperance Road is currently occupied by a a single house that will be demolished as part of the propose redevelopment.
The proposed development is for two six-unit buildings, two stories tall. 22 parking spaces at the rear of the develop net are also included.
There is no word on when construction will begin.
