Local House Sales Are Up Again

Residential house sales are up for the month of February according to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors.
In February, 662 homes were sold, compared to 516 in February 2014. That is a jump of 32.47%.
In Windsor, the east end was where most homes changed hands with 77 sold, followed by central and downtown Windsor with 63. South Windsor wraps up the top three with 57 houses sold.
In the county, LaSalle was the most popular area with 52 houses sold, Lakeshore had 47 and Amherstburg had 36 sold.
