Pepper Spray Set Off At Apartment Building, Several Injured

Several people are being treated by emergency crews for non life threatening injuries after pepper spray was allegedly set off at an apartment building on Louis Avenue.
EMS, police and firefighters rushed to the building in the 500 block of Louis around 5pm.
Officials on scene said several tenants were being treated for pepper spray inhalation.
EMS and firefighters were providing oxygen to victims and hosing other victims down with water.
It’s not known at this time if anyone was sprayed directly or who set off the pepper spray.
Police are investigating.
