The 8th Annual Mayor’s Walk followed by the City’s 122nd Birthday Celebration takes place this holiday Monday.
The walk starts with a warm up at 10:15am, and gets going at 10:30am from Assumption Park on the riverfront and heads to the Festival Plaza.
Following the walk, everyone is encouraged to stay and enjoy a variety of activities including Montser Mural presented by the Riverside and Roseville-Fountainbleu Optimist Clubs, where children will colour a giant birthday scene on a specially designed Monster Mural canvas. Airbounce inflatables including an obstacle course and slides, Party Putt Golf, Windsor Community Museum, and a hoola hoop and skipping stations. Windsor Fire and EMS will also be on hand with activities for the kids.
In addition there will be live entertainment with Bigg Wiggle, free food and birthday cupcakes.
