After burning to the ground on Easter Monday in 2012, the Dollarama Store on Tecumseh Road near Lauzon is in the stages of rebuilding.
The store caught fire around 8pm on Monday April 9th 2012 and burned brightly until well past midnight.
Investigators determined that objects on a shelf were lit ablaze.
No suspects were ever identified.
The property was cleared of rubble and adjoining businesses were closed for some time while they were renovated.
Plans were set in motion last July to eventually rebuild the structure and reopen it as a Dollarama store.
Construction got underway earlier this year.
