The Ontario Hockey League has suspended Cristiano DiGiacinto after an incident which took place in a game played in London on Saturday March 22nd.
OHL officials say that the incident reviewed was an altercation involving DiGiacinto and his bullying actions towards an opposition player.
Based on their review of the incident DiGiacinto has been suspended for five games effective immediately.
In addition both the London Knights and the Windsor Spitfires have both been fined $1,000.
