Windsor’s Community Museum is celebrating Heritage Day this Saturday by offering an afternoon of fun and informative programming in honour of the occasion.
The spotlight for this year will be on their intriguing artefact collection.
From 1pm to 4pm you can see the secret side of the museum and have a guided tour of the collection’s storage vault. Tours are free, but you’re asked to call 519-253-1812 to reserve your spot as capacity is limited.
At 2:30pm, you can discover the new Windsor’s Community Museum On-Line Database and learn how to uncover the secrets of the museum’s collection. Join registrar Heather Colautti for a live presentation on how it all works.
Refreshments will be provided. Admission is free!
