Medical Officer of Health Dr. G. Allen Heimann has issued a Cold Weather Alert for Windsor-Essex County that will be in effect over night tonight and over night Thursday into Friday morning.
Based on Environment Canada’s seven day forecast which does not include the wind chill, the overnight temperatures are expected on Tuesday to be –16°C and Thursday into Friday morning –22°C.
