Caesars Windsor’s Executive Chef Patrick McClary has created a rich and flavourful barbecue sauce that makes bringing delicious food to the dinner table easy.

McClary said, “I’ve always wanted to make a sauce for others to enjoy at home and develop their own culinary creations. Hopefully this will be the first of many food products we offer as part of the Caesars Windsor Signature Collection.”

Paired with grilled chicken and pork, the sauce is a scrumptious balance of smoky sweetness, making it the perfect marinade or even a simple dip. Included with every bottle is a mini recipe book featuring McClary’s family favourite recipes including an easy and delicious recipe for Paddy’s Perfectly Pulled Pork Sandwiches.

“Chef Patrick’s Hickory BBQ sauce” is part of the Caesars Windsor Signature Collection, an exclusive line of products available only at the Caesars Essentials gift shop.
