MP Brian Masse’s Office is looking for Windsor’s Favourite Cupcake, and the winners will have their pictures taken for the 2014 South Windsor community calendar.
Recipes must include at least one local or regional Ontario product, with a deadline for submissions of November 1st, 2013
From the recipes they receive 30 will be chosen by a panel of top chefs and food experts bases solely on the combination of ingredients and the accompanying photo.
Those 30 will then be asked to submit their baked cupcake for a competition to be held November 22nd. From there 13 winners will be chosen to be featured in the calendar.
