Junior Achievement of Southwestern Ontario has hired a new Program Manager for Windsor-Essex.

Bianca Betschel is a graduate from the Odette School of Business with a major in Marketing, and has strategic plans to focus on the growth of Junior Achievement programs in the Windsor-Essex area through building strong relationships with volunteers and seeking funding support of local organizations in the form of sponsorships for program implementation, special events and fundraisers.

The position was made possible through support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation who granted the organization a three year funding agreement to hire a full time coordintor in Windsor-Essex to work to balance the demand of their programs activities.
