Dr. William Lucas, Deputy Chief Coroner for Inquests, has called an inquest into the death of Jonathan Dew.
Mr. Dew, age 26, died on September 21st 2012, at London Health Sciences Centre, following transfer to hospital from the Windsor Jail.
The inquest will examine the events surrounding Mr. Dew’s death. The jury may make recommendations aimed at preventing similar deaths.
The inquest is expected to last five days and to hear from approximately 15 witnesses.
