The owners of a fire-ravaged property on Walker Road are planning to build new.
The Clean Depot and Party Warehouse caught fire on February 15th, 2011. The fire burned for more than 24 hours.
After the fire, the building was demolished and the site was cleared.
A site plan for the new development shows storage lockers and an industrial building with rooftop solar panels.
