City of Windsor Parks and Recreation says that spring has officially arrived with baseball fields opening this Saturday May 4th.
City officials say that weeks of rainy weather delayed maintenance, but Parks and Facilities now have all areas except John Ivan Stadium at Mic Mac Park ready for play.
Soccer fields and cricket grounds are scheduled to open Wednesday, May 15th weather permitting.
