Hello time traveller!!
This article is 4028 days old.
The information listed below is likely outdated and has been preserved for archival purposes.

A group of Walkerville homeowners are asking the City of Windsor’s Heritage committee to protect their curbs.

Stone blocks were used as early curbs on Kildare on the west side of the 400 block and on both sides of the 500 block between Assumption Street and Wyandotte Street East.

The original curbs remain in place even after the road surface was changed from brick to concrete and asphalt.  Homeowners of heritage homes on this street want the curbs to be protected to maintain the character of the neighborhood.
