In a continuing effort to get Stephen Colbert to be Grand Marshal of the Winter Fest’s Holiday Parade to be held this Saturday downtown, Larry Horwitz, DWBIA Chair, went to New York to entice Mr. Colbert with authentic Canadian swag.
