This weekend marks the first ever Winter Fest in Downtown Windsor.
The one day festival takes place on Saturday and features ice sculptures, carolers, hot chocolate and roasted chestnuts, wine tastings, horse drawn carriage rides and more.
The highlight will be the Holiday Parade that takes place from 3pm to 4:30pm and begins at Ouellette and Giles and runs north to Pitt.
