Windsor Police are trying to piece together how a man was shot early this morning.
Police say that around 1am, a 26-year-old Windsor man walked into Hotel Dieu Emergency with a bullet wound to his upper torso. They say that the man is not being co-operative with police, and they have no suspects or crime scene at this time.
The male is in hospital and is being treated for non life threatening injuries.
