Hello time traveller!!

Angela is on her 7th straight workout with Adrenaline, she has come every day since the Challenge started.  She’s cooking and sharing her meals with us, even brought healthy cookies in for CK and I.  Angela, YOU’RE AMAZING.. what a women you are, and your kids too!

Doing amazing in class. We are truly blown away by the dedication and commitment to the workouts and diet. Over the past week we learn Angela lives a busy life! But boy is she balancing her time…even bringing her all-star athlete son for a workout last weekend! In the next week we want to see Angela keep the pace and keep pushing herself in class to new levels. Great work!

Excerpt from Angela’s Personal Blog…We told you nothing is private for 2 months!

Angela’s Blooper Video | Doing the Splits!! Hilarious…

Doing great! Has shown steady improvement in class and has great natural athleticism. If Steven keeps his hard work up in class and follows our outlines diet we expect big changes and quick. We would like to see more of Steven’s…expect to see a house or work visit episode with Steven next week.

Over the past week getting to know Steven, we can say he is one likable guy. He has a sincere personality and it’s clear he truly wants this change. Steven has a baby on the way and is freshly married. Let’s use these 2 months to add another life-changing milestone to the scrapbook!

We must say we love training John, that dripping sweat you have just fuels him, this has become his element and he loves it.  Ok he doesn’t love Danielle’s counting and I’m sure the camera in his face but he is mostly smiles at class and it’s fun hearing the class cheer him on!!

John’s improvement in class has been drastic. I know it’s only been 1 week, but drastic change has already happened. His form and his endurance has sky rocketed and his eating habits have changed. We hope to visit John at St. Clair College in the coming weeks. We think his students need a taste of what Professor John is going through…maybe even the entire College who knows? Stay tuned Windsorites!

I want to give Stacey the king of recipe’s award this week. I think we uncovered Windsor’s very own Martha Stewart! Stacey also has an awesome set-up to watch workout videos in her living room…maybe we will go film her doing a workout in her living room? But we know not to do it during a Tigers game. She was very upset we made her come to class during last Thursday’s game!

Stacey is doing awesome. Really stepping up her healthy lifestyle…not drinking during a night out with her friends, eating well, working out hard. Sounds like an A Student to me…you are a great role model for your students and we are excited to see the results start coming!

This girl has the best attitude I have ever seen! Michele has been staying positive and killing it in class. She wants this change so bad and is taking the steps to reach her goals. Michele has let us know how grateful she is to have the opportunity to do this challenge, but the truth is we are the ones who are grateful. Michele’s perspective and drive to reach her goals are inspiring to us! We love having Michele and know she is on the way to becoming the best version of herself and helping other contestants do the same along the way.
