Bicycle Getaway Robber Holds Up Petro Canada At Tecumseh And Benjamin

Windsor Police are investigating a late night robbery of the Petro Canada located on the corner of Tecumseh and Benjamin.
Police say that a lone suspect entered the store just after 9:45pm, armed with a knife, and demented cash. The suspect then fled with an unknown amount of cash and got onto a bicycle and headed north on Benjamin.
The suspect is described as a white male, in his 20’s, 5′-10″ tall, with a slim build. He was wearing jeans, a black hoody with white a zipper, black gloves, face mask, white and black runners, a white or gray camouflage hat, and was armed with a kitchen style knife.
He was riding a BMX style bike, primarily purple in colour, with the rear part of the bike being orange in colour.
Windsor Police Staff Sergeant Steve Bodri says that clerk was not injured in the robbery, and the forensics unit, the K-9 Unit and Detectives are investigating.
