VIDEO: Police Release Security Footage of Arson Suspect

Further to yesterday’s story where Windsor Police released images from a security camera of the suspect wanted for setting a fire at a vacant house on High Street, Police have now released a YouTube video showing the arson taking place.

Fire broke out just before 6am Wednesday at the vacant house and firefighters had the blaze under control around two hours later. By that time the house had suffered severe damage.

Police recovered surveillance footage from a private security camera in the area and noticed that a male was observed riding up to the house on a bicycle.

The male entered the residence and left a short time later. Later footage shows the house on fire.

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying who the suspect may be. A clear shot of his face was not obtained.
