A very hot and humid airmass makes a return to Windsor-Essex on Tuesday. Environment Canada predicts that humidex values are expected to reach 40°C or over 100°F by afternoon. Mild overnight lows in the low to mid 20°C’s or 70°F are expected Tuesday night followed by another hot and very humid day on
Wednesday.
A smog advisory issued for Windsor and Essex County as well. The air quality index is expected to exceed the poor threshold of 50, due to ground level ozone.
