Construction Progresses at Former Palace Theatres in Downtown Windsor

Construction work is continuing on the old Palace Theaters in Downtown Windsor.
Since winter, construction crews have been busy converting the space into new offices for the Windsor Star and to give the previously stuccoed building a more modern appearance on Downtown’s busiest street.  Crews have shorn off the front of the building to create a new windowed exterior. Visible behind the walls are the old slanted concrete floors of the theaters.
Work is expected to be complete by November.
