Arts Council Windsor & Region will be hosting its member’s exhibition and sale, dubbed “Synergy”.   Synergy comes from the Greek word synergia συνεργία from synergos, συνεργός, meaning “working together”. The collection will feature a large number of diverse works with all forms of media and styles welcome from its members.

“Windsor and the surrounding region, boasts such varied talent. The goal of the Arts Council to be the voice for the Arts in Windsor and Essex County fits perfectly with the plan of bringing artists in our area together for a joint exhibition of this size. I’m very excited to view the pending submissions as well as invite the community to submerge themselves in art during this exhibition.” states Michelle Le Chien, Executive Director of the Arts Council~Windsor & Region.

New members are always welcome at the Arts Council. One of the great benefits of membership is the opportunity to show case work at both of the annual member’s exhibits & sales. The other show is usually just before Christmas. Current members also have the option to rent out the ArtSpeak gallery at reduced fees for both private and public exhibitions including opening and closing receptions. Arts Council – Windsor & Region (ACWR) is a non-profit organization that enriches the quality of life for all by strengthening the arts and the community through leadership, education, and promotion.

Synergy will be open until July 27th at the ArtSpeak Gallery located at 1942 Wyandotte Street East.
