The westbound E.C. Row bridge over Howard Avenue will be under construction starting Monday June 18th until approximately Friday September 28, 2012.
Traffic in the westbound direction will be restricted to one lane over Howard Avenue.
The project is part of a multi year bridge rehabilitation project of the Dougall, CP Tracks and Howard Bridges. Construction will be done by Amico Infrastructures.
