Last year, on Music Monday the Windsor Symphony Orchestra Music Director led a performance by hundreds of students from the Greater Essex County District School Board. An estimated 800 students from 12 schools will take part in this year’s event.
At 12 noon Maestro Russell will begin rehearsals of the song the group will perform together.
At 12:30 some of the student musicians and singers will take the stage for brief presentations.
The group will sing together at 1pm, joining thousands of their peers across the country.
