Hello time traveller!!

First off, let’s start by thanking all those that voted in the Jammies this year. Heck even those who didn’t. Let’s just thank everyone who tunes in every week, or who happened to catch the tail end of that song that one time because the car tuner was sticky from the coke that spilled on it. Point is, supporters, thanks for being there, couldn’t do it without you!

We’d also like to say congratulations to our friends (and last week’s guests) The Unquiet Dead for their successful CD release show which took place over the weekend.

This week, Wednesday, April 30th, on The Windsor Scene we shall be visited by some very strange beings indeed, local hardcore outfit Valerie Page. This fast and gritty group is currently in the process of putting together a split with local crust-punks Repetitions, that should be out soon, as well as one with folk-punkers Friends With Feelings. Their shows are always high energy and generally entertaining, their stages being someone’s living room as often as an actual venue. This interview is likely to be outrageous. Expect laughter and awkward silences.

In addition to Valerie Page’s own music, we will be hearing from D3ATHCHARGER, After Ashes, Intra Meridian, Perpetuate, and many more.

So don’t miss out on your best source for local music, this Wednesday from 5 until 6:30 pm keep your dials set to CJAM 99.1 FM, or stream live online.  There’s even an iTunes podcast!
