Starting today Cabana Road East by the Canadian National Railway Tracks, just west of Provincial Road, will be reduced to one lane of traffic on a temporary basis as construction gets under way on redoing the Cabana and Provincial Road intersection.
This lane reduction is necessary to facilitate the construction activities occurring adjacent to the rail tracks. Detour signage will be posted and and construction flag personnel will also be on site. The city urges all drivers to use caution when traveling through the construction zone.
The lane closures are expected to last seven to ten days dependent on weather condition.
