It came down to the wire, but a strike by professors at the University of Windsor was avoided with a deal being reached just before the 12:01 Wednesday morning deadline.

Occupy Windsor protesters have been camped out at city hall all week long trying to get their message across.

The long awaited opening of the University’s new Multi-faith Space happened Tuesday afternoon.  Students of all faiths will now be able to gather in this new space in the basement of the CAW Student center.

The Dragonboat Festival made a donation of $150,000 to Windsor Regional Hospital.  This money was raised at the July festival in Tecumseh.
