UPDATED: Suspect on the Loose in Southwood Lakes

UPDATE 2:20 PM
OPP k-9 unit is currently in the Marboro School area in Windsor searching for two suspects.
First male is described as a male white, black plug earring. 5’10”. Thin build, red back pack, grey caprice shorts and blk running shoes.
2nd male is hispanic, long dirty blonde hair in a pony tail. Blue shorts and tattoo on left forearm of old english writing.
Member of the OPP Emergency Response Team and the Essex County OPP K-9 unit are current tracking a suspect in the Hwy #3 and Cousineau Rd area.
When OPP officers attempted to stop a vehicle along the 401, a pursuit ensue and the vehicle was located abandoned in the Southwood Lakes area.
The vehicle had been stolen in Windsor and it is unknown if the suspect is armed.
Area residents are asked to call OPP if any unusual suspects are observed in the area.
