A little while back we did a set of photographs documenting the Drouillard road/ Ford City area of Windsor. There have been a few changes since. Most notable is the beginning of a garden next to the Pioneer Spirit mural. Despite the area’s reputation, I found it to be welcoming and non-threatening, the state of the buildings may convey a false neighborhood image. I say this because I have been met with nothing but politeness each time I visit the area.
