April is the month to celebrate Mother Earth, and in doing their part Starbucks is sponsoring a park clean up each Sunday in April, and they are  inviting the public to participate.

Starbucks will provide beverages, gloves, garbage bags etc.  All you have to do is show up!  A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon with the family giving back to the community!

This Sunday the clean up will be at  Little River Park from 1:00pm until 4:00pm and next Sunday it will be at  Devonwood Conservation Park again from 1:00pm to 4:00pm

As well, April is Rose City Clean Sweep month, so there is still time to get a group together and clean up your area of the city!
