Some changes to food service are taking place at Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare hospital in West Windsor.

At the end of this month the hospital’s product license agreement with Tim Horton’s expires, so the hospital has spent the past few months looking for a new coffee provider.

Staff and visitors were asked to participate in a blind taste test to determine who the new coffee provider would be from two coffee distributors.

The results was Colonial Coffee being chosen to provide coffee service to the hospital cafeteria.

The main cafeteria in the Tower Building will close on Friday, April 25th at 2pm and reopen on Monday with the new coffee and some new food options too.
