Balloonapalooza Looking For Sponsors

While summer is still months away, the Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association is well into planning the fourth annual Balloonapalooza.

Taking place on August 16th and 17th, the free event will again feature a kaleidoscope of colour and endless excitement. Comprised of cold air balloons and other inflatables, the festival transforms downtown Windsor into a dazzling array of activities for people of all ages.

Mini express train rides, live outdoor concerts, midway rides, games sidewalk cafes, clowns and buskers will also make the festival a must visit.

Balloonapalooza will include an artists and crafters market offering vendors, from the region and beyond, exciting merchandizing opportunities, showcasing their talents and creativity. Early bird registration is open until July 15, 2014 and fees are $250. Application forms can be downloaded from the website here.

The DWBIA says they are working hard on securing sponsorships to underwrite the cost of the event, and are offering a myriad of opportunities including balloon sponsorships, the Monster Mural colouring wall, and exciting experiential marketing opportunities, to name but a few.
