Bikeshare Program Proposed For University Of Windsor Campus

A Facebook group has been started looking for UWindsor students’ thoughts about starting a new bikeshare on campus.

The group says that with the new downtown campus, a new bikeshare program could be a helpful and green way to get around. Organizers are also looking at the possibly of having a bikeshare stand at the St. Dennis Centre as an easier means for students to get to the main campus.

Bikeshare systems are popping up at various universities and major cities on both sides of the border.
