Dougall Avenue at EC Row was seen on Google Earth
Early morning black ice caused a car to strike a sign on the EC Row Expressway this morning.
Police say that a 2012 Volkswagen driven by a 34-year-old male, was taking the eastbound off ramp at Dougall Road when his car hit a patch of black ice causing the car to slide off the roadway into the sign.
There was about $3500 damage to the car and minimal damage to the sign. The driver was not injured.
