Rise ‘n Shine Cuisine is Windsor’s newest breakfast location and one of the busiest spots for family dining on the weekends.

Located at East Windsor’s old Golden Griddle location (or old Big Boy if you really go back), the new restaurant has all the same sophistication that comes with a chain breakfast operation plus the added friendly flair of a small local business.

The restaurant opened on February 4th and has since become a very busy weekend destination.

When it comes to breakfast, the buffet is the most popular choice with diners.  $10.99 gets you an all-you-can-eat breakfast with the addition of freshly made toast.

If you prefer something from the kitchen, the Hungry Man (pictured) is a popular choice at $9.99 for those with hearty appetites.  Rise ‘n Shine also serves crepes:  cold (peach, strawberry, triple berry) or hot (apple or blueberry) for $6.99; thick-cut french toast, steak and eggs, omelette creations, Belgian waffles, buttermilk pancakes and much much more.

The restaurant is located at 4440 Tecumseh Road East.  Rise ‘n Shine is open Monday – Thursday from 7am until 3pm, Friday’s and Saturday’s from 7am until 8pm and on Sundays from 7am until 3pm.
