Construction of new sidewalks on Norfolk Street between California Avenue and Dominion Boulevard gets underway Tuesday.
During construction traffic will restricted to one lane weekdays between the hours of 7am and 5pm until the end of the month.
Construction is budgeted at $33,000 and was approved in the budget earlier this year.
