The eighth Public Information Open House for the Rt. Hon. Herb Gray Parkway that was set to be held on Tuesday, as been postponed.Parkway officials said:
We have been listening to the community and we appreciate there continues to be an interest in learning more about the girders on the project. Working through concerns raised to date on girders is the project team’s priority.
With that being said, we have decided to postpone the Landscaping Public Information Open House scheduled for Tuesday, October 29. We want to ensure that Landscaping – an important aspect of the project – is given full attention and feel we can best do this at a later time. A future date will be communicated through our regular means.
The project team will communicate with the community in the very near future about next steps.
