One of North America’s largest Halloween retailers is now open at Devonshire Mall.
Spirit Halloween, which operates more than 1000 stores in all 50 US states and most Canadian provinces, opened this week at the mall’s old Bootlegger located next to Sport Chek near GoodLife Fitness.
The store features a wide array of Halloween decor, costumes and accessories.
