Windsor Police are looking for a missing female last seen at Devonshire Mall.
She is described as a white woman, 83 years of age, 4’9, with grey shirt hair.
She was last seen wearing an orange shirt, coral shorts and a light pink baseball cap.
Police say she suffers from dementia.
