Riverside Drive East has reopened near Watson Avenue.
Police closed the road yesterday night after a 2 foot by 2 foot hole was formed when a storm sewer connection broke below the road.
The City of Windsor says a temporary repair is in place where a hole had opened up late last night and the road is once again useable in both directions. A more permanent paving is planned for later in the week.
