Can you make culture happen in our community?
The City of Windsor has launched its Arts, Culture and Heritage Funding program and is looking for talented, local, creative individuals and culture organizations to “build a strong and stable creative community that contributes to a prosperous creative economy and to making Windsor an amazing place to live”.
