Devonshire Mall offers three mall walking routes
A program at Devonshire Mall invites everyone to build a healthy lifestyle one step at a time.
Walking daily is one of the simplest ways to keep fit. It’s easy on the joints, strengthens the heart, increases energy and burns fat and you can do it anytime of the year at Devonshire Mall, by joining the Heart to Sole Walking Club.
The Mall entrances open earlier for mall walkers Monday to Saturday at 8am and at 10am on Sundays.
On Friday’s the mall offers fitness programs as well as several workshops. Check out the malls website for more information.
