Fire At The WFCU Centre

A fire on the roof of the WFCU Centre is out.
It broke out around 10:00am Monday and sent 12 fire units to the scene. Firefighters determined the fire was on the roof of the building in a few solar panels and the blaze was quickly brought under control.
An assessment of the damage to the roof is underway.
Elections Canada has moved to St. Joseph High School.
All programming at the WFCU Centre has been cancelled until noon on Tuesday, April 29th, 2025.
