Lifetimes on Riverside Retirement Residence and local community groups worked together to create a tribute to our heroes.
The residents and team members at Lifetimes on Riverside Retirement Residence, members of the community, Unifor Locals 2458 and 444, Life After Fifty, Essex Public School, Lakeshore Discovery School, Windsor FireFighters, Windsor Police, and Adopt-A-Vet have been busy making lawn poppies with messages to veterans for Remembrance Day.
“The Poppy Project touches every generation and brings the entire community together. I am so proud to see the community support we have received”, said General Manager Jaclyn Elford.
